What you will do

• Serve as the equity domain expert for engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define functional requirements for equity management features.
• Translate complex equity plan rules and regulatory requirements into clear software specifications.
• Validate technical designs and workflows for compliance with accounting and tax standards.
• Partner with QA teams to develop accurate equity scenario test cases.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to advise on product roadmap adjustments.

Requirements

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 required.
• 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of global equity plan structures, tax compliance, and accounting standards (ASC 718).
• Experience working with software development teams or equity management platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling, APIs, or SaaS platforms in the equity domain.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or similar) for data analysis.
