What you will do

• Own and refine unit economics and LTV/CAC models for the remittances business.
• Develop financial frameworks for Felix Credit, including yield modeling and credit loss assumptions.
• Structure financial analysis for new partnerships, distribution deals, and product launches.
• Create strategic finance sections for board decks and investor materials.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor a Strategic Finance Analyst.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance within fintech.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
• English: C1+ required for investor and board materials.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
