What you will do

• Design and maintain a structured framework for use cases, personas, and workflows.
• Define clear persona profiles and map them to relevant use cases and demo paths.
• Own and standardize a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer personas.
• Design and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions and persona-aware storytelling.
• Build on-demand sales enablement resources like guides, playbooks, and demo scripts.
• Partner cross-functionally to align personas, incorporate feedback, and measure impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement roles.
• Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch, including documentation and training materials.
• Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and execution-focused.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California and willing to work on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments.
