Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in the USA (Houston, TX; Coppell, TX; Torrance, CA; Waltham, MA; Riverwoods, IL). Applicants may be required to appear onsite.

Salary: $107,500.00 – $188,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Review and assess Generative AI implementations to identify risks and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with IT systems and business objectives, emphasizing AI-specific risks.
• Develop and apply AI risk models aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Integrate AI risk considerations into enterprise governance processes and lead reviews of AI deployments.
• Apply threat modeling techniques like OWASP Top 10 for LLMs to identify and mitigate AI-specific risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into AI solution design and deployment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI risk management, with working knowledge of NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Experience in information security with proven ability to assess and implement controls for IT and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AI threat models (e.g., OWASP LLM Top 10) and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals, IT risk, and enterprise governance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business narratives.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or relevant AI governance certifications.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms like Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with cloud security best practices and enterprise risk management.
• Background in designing or operationalizing AI governance programs at scale.
