What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations implementation projects.
• Design solutions that align client business requirements with ServiceNow native architecture and industry best practices.
• Facilitate architecture discussions and deliver demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions for customers.
• Translate client pain points into value-driven technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform developments to apply to client solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture.
• 2+ years of specific focus on ServiceNow Risk and/or Security Operations solutions.
• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA to satisfy hybrid work requirements (3 days/week in office or client site).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance, VRM, SIR, or VR.
• Experience working within a consulting environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Experience with security operations tools like Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience working with an integrated global practice.
