What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional product engineering team, ensuring product delivery, team performance, and engineering health.
• Partner in product discovery to shape feasible, valuable, and scalable solutions.
• Manage and coach engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
• Drive architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior leads.
• Reduce team friction through automation, smart process design, and systems thinking.
• Champion observability, testing, CI/CD, and leverage AI to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers.
• Experience leading outcome-driven teams through discovery and delivery cycles.
• Proficiency in modern stacks such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
• Ability to understand and apply DevOps principles to increase team velocity and reduce risk.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be located within the United States.
