What you will do

• Write and review secure Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Provide operational support for existing products, including incident management.
• Develop and test new product features.
• Automate processes and leverage AI to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for service and platform improvement.
• Support roadmap planning and contribute to product direction.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one relevant product or technology area (e.g., Firewalls).
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and industry best practice.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, challenge, and collaborate effectively.
• Experience working within agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Work Pattern: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in Manchester, UK.
