Customer Lifecycle & Enablement Marketer

TL;DR

Customer Lifecycle & Enablement Marketer (E-commerce): Driving customer adoption, success, and expansion within the product by executing lifecycle programs and creating enablement content. Focus on building and running end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, developing guides, webinars, and upsell education, and continuously measuring performance.

Location: This role is based from our office in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Expectation to be in the office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own lifecycle execution across activation, enablement, expansion, and loyalty stages.
• Build and run end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including messaging, sequencing, and content.
• Develop customer-facing enablement content such as onboarding/feature adoption guides, videos, webinars, academy modules, and upsell education.
• Create reusable assets that reduce workload for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Partner with CSM, Product, Growth, and Operations to close lifecycle gaps.
• Continuously measure performance and iterate on programs using customer usage and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong hands-on content creation skills.
• Comfortable owning execution, not just strategy.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, high-impact situations and navigate ambiguity.
• Native Dutch or French speaker and comfortable working professionally in English.
