Customer Lifecycle & Enablement Marketer: Driving how customers adopt, succeed with, and expand within hirify.global’s product with an accent on executing lifecycle programs and creating enablement content. Focus on building and running end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, developing customer-facing guides and webinars, and continuously measuring performance.
Location: Hybrid (Eindhoven, Netherlands). Expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Own lifecycle execution across activation, enablement, expansion, and loyalty stages.
- Build and run end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including messaging, sequencing, and content.
- Develop customer-facing enablement content like guides, videos, webinars, and academy modules.
- Create reusable assets that reduce workload for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Growth, Operations) to close lifecycle gaps.
- Continuously measure performance and iterate on programs using customer usage and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on content creation skills.
- Comfortable owning execution, not just strategy.
- Data-driven and outcome-focused mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-moving, high-impact situations and navigate ambiguity.
- Native Dutch or French speaker and comfortable working professionally in English.
