What you will do

• Optimize and grow a broad portfolio of partners in Payments, Financial Services, and the App Ecosystem.
• Lead, champion, and empower a team of highly capable direct reports, removing roadblocks and building team culture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution of all partnerships.
• Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, resolving business and technical issues.
• Communicate market opportunities, needs, and partner feedback to inform product roadmap and prioritization.
• Develop business proposals, structure projections and KPIs, and negotiate term sheets and contracts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management.
• Proven track record for capable and passionate people management.
• Strong product sense and comfort considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations.
• Experience and/or interest in commercial payments, fintech, and financial services space.
• Experience and/or interest in marketplaces, app ecosystems, and API integrations.
• Must be able to work from our New York headquarters or remotely in an approved US state.
