Location: Remote (Global). Relocation support is available for joining offices in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Plan the team's work, allocate tasks, estimate delivery timelines, and monitor adherence to deadlines.
• Integrate process and development pipeline changes, ensuring transparency for both the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure development support tools like documentation and task trackers are up-to-date.
• Provide regular technical feedback, conduct performance reviews, and manage team composition (hiring/rotation).
• Ensure compliance with project-wide quality requirements, engineering practices, and processes (design, code review, testing, incident analysis).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend (C#) or Unity developer.
• 1+ years of experience in managing a development team, with experience as a tech lead/team lead.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and skills in its design.
• Ability to organize and implement processes to ensure development transparency and deadline adherence.
• Ability to communicate values, motivate the team, set goals, and provide high-quality feedback.
• Ability to establish effective team interaction, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
