Affiliate Account Director (Marketing)

Location: This is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location. Teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Manage team workloads, motivate direct reports, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure best practice strategy and planning across accounts with a performance-first approach.
• Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-value affiliate partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and commission rates with affiliates to maximize ROI.
• Drive continuous optimization of affiliate campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Oversee the effective deployment of creative assets and promotional materials to partners.

Requirements

• Experience in leading large multi-market affiliate accounts/campaigns/platforms.
• High level usage with affiliate networks and technology platforms as well as wider digital tools.
• Proficient in optimising for targeted audience centric performance.
• Understanding of how partnership activities fit into the wider digital marketing mix.
• Fully confident in use of Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookups & reporting and analysis.
• Highly analytical with excellent presentation & PowerPoint skills to match.
