Affiliate Account Director (Affiliate Marketing): Managing high-value affiliate accounts, overseeing strategies from partner identification to campaign optimization across various affiliate models with an accent on diligent management, ROI maximization, and program profitability. Location: Hybrid (Manchester, United Kingdom). This is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.

What you will do
- Manage high-value affiliate accounts, overseeing strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Lead partner identification, recruitment, and strategic alliances to expand program reach.
- Negotiate advantageous commercial terms and commission rates to maximize ROI.
- Drive continuous optimization of affiliate campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Ensure best practice management of affiliate programs, including tracking, reporting, and administration.
- Support and develop junior team members, fostering a positive working culture.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- Experience in leading large multi-market affiliate accounts/campaigns.
- High-level usage of affiliate networks and technology platforms (Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising).
- Proficient in optimizing for targeted audience-centric performance.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups) and PowerPoint.
- Proven management skills, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.
