What you will do

• Act as a commercial partner to the business on IP-driven commercial initiatives.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of IP-focused agreements.
• Advise on IP risk allocation, licensing models, usage rights, ownership, and contractual protections.
• Protect and enforce hirify.global’s IP and brand, including managing trademark and domain portfolios.
• Develop and maintain IP and licensing templates, playbooks, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• 4-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP, content licensing, and commercial agreements.
• Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently.
• Comfortable working independently and can effectively manage work across different time zones.

• Additional language skills are meritorious.
• Keen interest in AI and legal tech.
