What you will do
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to sales and marketing executive leadership on strategic and operational topics.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives like growth strategy, go-to-market models, and product positioning.
- Structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and translate strategy into executable plans.
- Prepare management-level presentations, decision papers, and executive updates.
- Coordinate and track strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Support day-to-day operations, prioritize initiatives, follow up on actions, and remove blockers.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or comparable in a SaaS / tech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
- Proven experience creating executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional operating models.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
