What you will do
- Serve as trusted partner to CFO, aligning on executive decisions across organisation
- Lead cross-functional coordination of top initiatives with clear ownership and accountability
- Build execution plans with timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Design governance frameworks including steering committees and escalations
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and intervene to maintain delivery
- Prepare data-driven updates for CFO, executive committee, board, and shareholders
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders through analytical and communication skills
Requirements
- More than 6 years in strategy, consulting, or similar, driving cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic and systems thinking to link vision with execution
- Data-driven analysis and business acumen for insights and decisions
- Clear communication and influence across all levels including executives
- Structure, accountability, and prioritization in complex programs
- Ownership and proactivity in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
