What you will do

• Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel from post-click to payment.
• Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, creatives, and value propositions.
• Develop and validate hypotheses based on funnel analytics, user behavior, and friction points.
• Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments.
• Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data.
• Mentor and lead a team of 4 Product Growth Managers, helping them scale successful experiments and grow professionally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles, ideally in mobile-first or subscription-based environments.
• Proven success driving measurable improvements in onboarding and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation, with the ability to communicate value clearly across segments.
• Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and an iterative, data-driven approach.
• Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data to guide strategy and execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
