What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality data analysis that helps drive the business forward.
• Own the delivery of analytics initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure work is well scoped, prioritised, and delivered effectively.
• Continuously improve the sophistication of our business intelligence and the quality of insights we generate.
• Support and coach other analysts through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
• Actively contribute within the data community, helping to promote best practice and an excellent data culture across the business.

Requirements

• Excitement about working in a scale up environment, with a proactive and curious approach to learning.
• Deep experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Excellent knowledge of applied statistical modelling and analytical techniques.
• Significant experience building Power BI solutions.
• Fluency in SQL.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data governance and quality standards (Purview or similar tools a plus)
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills
