What you will do

• Act as the super admin for 60+ applications, managing and provisioning user access.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes across applications to ensure timely and secure access.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols to protect hirify.global’s data, systems, and networks.
• Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with hirify.global’s business objectives.
• Oversee and maintain all hardware, and software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service and software provisioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
