What you will do

• Administer systems and applications to ensure stability, performance, and security across local operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain server software and critical system components.
• Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Integrate servers into the local IT environment and maintain disaster recovery and operational documentation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within a Windows environment.
• Oversee network resources, shared drives, printers, and collaboration platforms like SharePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SharePoint, and network storage solutions.
• Proficiency in IT management and monitoring tools.
• Must be based in Luxembourg for a hybrid work model.
