What you will do

• Refine core messaging and translate complex technical product features into clear, compelling narratives.
• Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market campaigns for new products and features.
• Own the post-acquisition communication journey, managing programs focused on onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, assisting with integration and tracking success metrics.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and market trends.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success teams on product narratives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving key metrics such as product adoption, activation, and retention through strategic marketing and direct customer engagement.
• Comfort navigating data-heavy discussions and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical products and infrastructure.
• Ability to use data to find the "why," tell a compelling story, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Exceptional writing precision and the ability to present with empathy and influence across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing projects.
