What you will do
- Capture business vision and translate client objectives into actionable requirements for development teams.
- Model 'as is' and 'to be' states, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements for enterprise solutions.
- Develop detailed business cases to evaluate the feasibility of potential solutions or investments.
- Standardize requirements collection through elicitation, prototyping, and modeling best practices.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
- Manage solution scope and establish change management processes where applicable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis.
- Deep understanding of enterprise business operations across various domains.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, specifically Agile and Kanban.
- Experience in business development, discovery, and pre-sales activities.
- English: B2+ (effective communication) required.
- Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience in data engineering or data science.
- Professional certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI PBA, OCUP 2, OCEB 2, or TOGAF 9.0 Foundation.
