What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sourcing for a portfolio of low-carbon technologies like heat pumps, solar, and batteries.
  • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and lead performance reviews including QBRs.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and bottlenecks to ensure operational continuity.
  • Use business data to analyze spend, profitability, and market trends to support commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to align supply chain strategies with business growth.
  • Negotiate operational and commercial terms to ensure optimal value and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with ability to travel to London and the Midlands.
  • Demonstrated experience in a procurement and supply chain role.
  • Strong autonomy to manage a broad remit and workload independently.
  • Ability to work at pace in a growing, non-defined environment.
  • Commercial instinct regarding total cost of ownership and supply risk.
  • Confident negotiation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
