What you will do
- Own end-to-end sourcing for a portfolio of low-carbon technologies like heat pumps, solar, and batteries.
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and lead performance reviews including QBRs.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks and bottlenecks to ensure operational continuity.
- Use business data to analyze spend, profitability, and market trends to support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to align supply chain strategies with business growth.
- Negotiate operational and commercial terms to ensure optimal value and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with ability to travel to London and the Midlands.
- Demonstrated experience in a procurement and supply chain role.
- Strong autonomy to manage a broad remit and workload independently.
- Ability to work at pace in a growing, non-defined environment.
- Commercial instinct regarding total cost of ownership and supply risk.
- Confident negotiation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
