Salary: £50,000–£60,000 (pro rata)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new product launches across multiple SKUs.
• Drive reformulations, cost improvements, and supplier transitions.
• Manage detailed project timelines to ensure launch readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Oversee packaging updates, artwork changes, and development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NPD or product launch roles.
• Proven track record delivering multiple products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and deadlines.
• Experience managing manufacturers, suppliers, and technical development processes.
