Lead Product Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product strategy across verticals and platform teams.
• Identify market, technology, and partnership opportunities to support long-term product plans.
• Set the direction and operating rhythm for technology roadmap planning and reviews.
• Resolve planning and execution gaps across cross-functional initiatives.
• Evolve technology operating structures and organizational composition to improve agility and delivery velocity.
• Support technology talent development and capability-building roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or equivalent roles in technology or consulting.
• Experience with product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience with strategic planning, product definition, and driving product requirements.
• Strong business acumen and experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
