What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging with executives to establish projects, drive deals, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Scope and execute the implementation of the software platform, setting timelines and managing deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product and go-to-market, to ensure seamless roll-out and onboarding.
  • Facilitate various assessment processes, such as IT security and compliance, aligning solutions to customers' needs.
  • Build business cases and proposals in collaboration with hirify.global leadership.
  • Actively shape the customer journey and continuously optimize the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within executive settings.
  • 2+ years of experience in dynamic roles within pharmaceutical or life sciences.
  • Knowledge of Medical Information processes and industry standards is a plus.
  • Ability to translate customer challenges into solutions, building trust and driving deals to closure.
  • Strong foundation in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, with proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for turning complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Account Management, Project Management or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
