TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating B2B sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification with an accent on cloud data security solutions. Focus on initiating conversations with mid-to-senior executives, managing inbound inquiries, and leveraging sales tools to expand the user base.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid/Remote in London)

Compensation: GBP 40,000-75,000

What you will do

  • Prospect into target accounts and qualify leads for Enterprise Sales counterparts.
  • Initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and maintain a robust lead management pipeline.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to build lead lists and craft outbound messaging.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hirify.global Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competition.
  • Strive to exceed daily activity targets and quarterly pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proven results-oriented, metrics-driven track record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics.
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ideally, experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cloud or data security industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and SalesNavigator.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian.
