What you will do

• Establish methodologies for quickly rolling out new data analysis capabilities using ML, NLP, and Gen AI for data-driven products and services.
• Transform unstructured raw data into formats suitable for modeling.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and ability to operationalize leading data technologies and best practices.
• Maintain project plans, clean code, and well-written documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and work in a globally distributed team using an Agile/Scrum approach.
• Support building internal applications for associates to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in classic AI techniques and at least 2.5 years in generative AI techniques.
• Experience building applications for knowledge search and summarization, evaluating GenAI techniques, measuring accuracy, and implementing observability.
• Knowledge of Machine learning models and techniques like NLP, BERT, Transformers, and Deep learning.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, RAG, embedding models, vector dbs, Langgraph, MCP, and Langfuse.
• Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, and Scipy is required.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, with familiarity in AWS Bedrock/Azure AI/Databricks Services.
• Solid grasp of building software in a collaborative team setting, utilizing Agile Scrum and tools like Jira/GitHub.
• Demonstrated ability to run short development cycles and experience leading a small team.
