What you will do
- Define and implement effective sales strategies for the APAC region.
- Develop and coach the sales team to achieve their highest potential.
- Establish performance standards and KPIs to drive results.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Report on team performance, sales pipeline, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a quota carrying new business IC role with proven success.
- 3+ years management experience, building and executing on outbound sales motions.
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles and ability to forecast revenue accurately.
- Proven experience and passion for teaching and developing top talent.
- Experience developing GTM strategy and building operational plans.
- Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
