What you will do
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for North Asia from scratch.
- Establish hirify.global as the premier choice in a region where competitors often lead with price.
- Develop relationships with top-tier VC firms, PE funds, accelerators, and law firms to create a sustainable inbound engine.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for diverse clients, from seed-stage startups to late-stage enterprises.
- Articulate why hirify.global's institutional-grade compliance, benchmarking data, and global scalability are essential for founders planning the journey from seed round to a global IPO.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in SaaS sales (FinTech or LegalTech preferred).
- Experience in the "early hire" phase in a new market.
- Deep understanding of North Asian business cultures.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage.
- Adept at navigating multi-stakeholder deals involving Founders, CFOs, and HR leaders.
