What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of AI Engineers, owning their performance and development.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and innovative engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and strategy for AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into clear team priorities, ensuring alignment with product vision.
• Represent the AI team in strategic planning and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Stay informed on emerging AI trends and integrate insights into planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Solid background in hands-on software development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Deep interest in AI and its impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud services/AWS/GCP.
• Experience with Python/FastAPI.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT-5/Gemini/Claude).
