What you will do

• Design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to drive business impact.
• Collaborate with customer application owners to understand their business objectives and needs, recommending hirify.global solutions.
• Lead end-to-end hirify.global projects, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze hirify.global usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on hirify.global best practices.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to hirify.global implementation across different platforms and devices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user behavior and how to improve user engagement through hirify.global.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate hirify.global elements.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail, ensuring hirify.global elements are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hirify.global implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success.
