What you will do
- Grow the usage of solutions within accounts
- Actively listen to and formalize account technical pains
- Promote the methodology for continuous code quality improvements
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews with account sales representatives
- Educate developers on the value of static code analysis
- Track product development to maintain product expertise
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing activities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and share knowledge
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
