What you will do
- Engage with consumers through digital and traditional touchpoints, driving loyalty and advocacy.
- Answer questions from B2B customers regarding their hirify.global B2B license.
- Act as the primary point of contact for consumer complaints, questions about plans, and broadcast programming.
- Elaborate customer insights and reports, working closely with marketing and product teams in Belgium and the UK.
- Promote the hirify.global reputation and identify areas for consumer service improvement.
- Play an active role in process and consumer service improvement projects.
Requirements
- An impeccable writing style in NL with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of English, capable of full communication.
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations diplomatically.
- Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.
- Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
