Salary: $82,612 – $117,500 USD

What you will do

• Champion user needs and business goals by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Gather and synthesize insights from user feedback, research, market trends, and technology capabilities.
• Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for your portfolio.
• Translate vision into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX Design to build and launch solutions.
• Embed a customer-centric mindset by driving early and continuous feedback loops.
• Continuously monitor the education and edtech landscape, staying ahead of emerging innovations.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire fellow product managers to grow a high-performing product culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Hands-on expertise using Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain customer databases.
• Considerable experience with AppExchange solutions and custom development using Salesforce's APIs.
• Fluency in agile, iterative delivery, with flexhirify.globalility to adapt processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce's core products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Data-informed and insight-driven, comfortable analyzing usage data and market signals.
• Deep care for user experience and grounding in UX design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant) are an advantage.
