Employer Brand Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling the company's employer brand, defining and communicating an authentic narrative grounded in real employee experience with an accent on attracting top talent and strengthening visibility in the tech ecosystem. Focus on translating the EVP and internal culture into compelling messages and optimizing candidate experience and conversion.

Location: Manila, Philippines. Remote work is possible, core working hours are 12:00 - 18:00 GMT+8

What you will do

  • Define and scale hirify.global's employer brand narrative by developing EVP, creating unified messaging, and training recruiters.
  • Build an employer brand content engine by creating employee stories, managing social media, and optimizing the career site.
  • Drive DevRel and external visibility by positioning hirify.global experts and building partnerships with tech communities and universities.
  • Optimize candidate experience and conversion by partnering with Talent Acquisition and driving offer acceptance rates.
  • Manage reputation and community through Glassdoor ratings, referral programs, and alumni networks.
  • Track and optimize performance using metrics to improve messaging, channels, and experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or related roles in fast-growing tech or fintech companies.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business and hiring goals into a clear employer brand narrative and execution plan.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing compelling stories, creating visual content, and editing short-form videos.
  • Deep understanding of what tech talent cares about when choosing employers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze metrics and optimize based on results.
  • Experience with community building or DevRel initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone and format to different audiences.
  • Comfort working in international and multicultural environments; experience with global talent markets is a strong plus.
  • Startup mentality.
