What you will do

• Develop course contents confidently and efficiently according to learning outcomes, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with Instruction Designers to enable the production of courses.
• Roll out courses by aligning with administrators and stakeholders to ensure high-level attendance in annual cohorts.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to consultants or junior managers.
• Manage upskilling campaigns for senior managers and directors.
• Prepare project plans for course content development, review, and validation, including budget management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
• Experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Course delivery and learning methodology expertise.
• Executive presentation skills.
• Value-selling or consultative-selling abilities/background.
• Proficiency in English and an additional language.
• Willingness to travel (limited).
• Must be based in Barcelona to adhere to the hybrid work model.
