AI Digital is growing, and we’re looking for a People Partner who thrives in a dynamic, people-first, fully remote environment. If you love being the go-to partner for employees and managers, balancing operational excellence with human connection — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
— Act as the first point of contact for employees, resolving day-to-day HR questions with clarity and care
— Support employee engagement and retention efforts through surveys, feedback loops, and meaningful events
— Provide guidance on policies, benefits, and work arrangements
— Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and smooth handovers
— Partner with managers on employee relations, performance feedback, and development planning
— Facilitate conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism
— Support the rollout of HR programs that enhance well-being and company culture
— Organize and coordinate corporate events and activities
— Assist with learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and attendance tracking

What You Bring
— 3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years as a People Partner or similar
— Experience supporting teams of 50+ employees
— Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
— Strong communication and organizational skills
— Experience working with HRIS platforms (Rippling a plus)
— Fluency in English (B2+ or higher)
— High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
