What you will do

• Define and evolve the Communication Surveillance product strategy and roadmap aligned with regulatory trends and customer needs.
• Engage directly with tier-1 financial institutions and regulators to understand surveillance challenges and translate them into product requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition through requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with global R&D, architecture, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Lead the application of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to communication surveillance use cases, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams with clear product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management, preferably in regulated or mission-critical domains.
• Strong background in communication surveillance, compliance technology, market surveillance, or adjacent regulatory solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern communication channels such as voice, mobile messaging, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience delivering cloud-native, data-intensive platforms at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, analytics pipelines, and governance considerations in regulated environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
