Account Representative (SMB): Manage existing accounts to create strategic plans, generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by selling Ingram's products, programs, and services with an accent on strategic importance and long-term success. Focus on maintaining executive-level relationships and tactical selling within the assigned territory.
Location: Based in Buffalo, NY, with a hybrid schedule (two remote workdays each week).
Salary: USD $43,100.00 - $73,200.00 per year

What you will do
- Manage assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans for reseller growth.
- Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by selling Ingram's products and services.
- Maintain high-level contact with accounts, focusing on strategic relationships.
- Provide account support within a strategically important territory.
- Engage in tactical selling activities.
Requirements
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate selling skills to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to work as a team member, multi-task, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle large amounts of information accurately and travel when requested.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous sales/customer service experience in a related industry or technology distribution experience.
