Salary: $110,500–$132,600 USD annually in Zone 3; $117,000–$140,400 USD annually in Zone 2; $130,000–$156,000 USD annually in Zone 1, depending on geographic location.

What you will do

• Build and support scalable payment systems and next-generation payment capabilities.
• Integrate third-party payment providers through APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and operate microservices using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, messaging queues, event streaming, and databases.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in live production environments and work within critical payment systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, data scientists, developers, and business partners to align technical solutions with payment goals.
• Improve scalability, reliability, security, deployment automation, testing, and infrastructure management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing and supporting scalable payment systems.
• Professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of microservices, messaging queues, event streaming, SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and automated deployment, testing, and infrastructure management.
• Experience leveraging Gen AI by designing prompts, evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
