What you will do
- Manage and optimize data flow to the performance reporting platform.
- Build and maintain robust data integrations with custodial banks and other financial institutions.
- Oversee all aspects of custodial data management, including vendor management, data acquisition, and mapping.
- Ingest data into the PARis performance reporting platform.
- Automate customer workflows, which is a key strategic objective.
- Work closely with vendors, clients, and related third parties.
Requirements
- Must have mastery of custodial data and how transactions/positions translate into performance systems.
- Strong knowledge of investment performance and accounting (e.g., positions, transactions, TWR).
- Proficiency in SQL (querying) and Python for analysis/automation.
- Familiarity with financial instruments (stocks, bonds, indices) and large datasets/data quality.
- Strong communication, persistence, and a go-getter mindset to move complex admin processes forward.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Experience at custodial banks such as BNY Mellon, State Street, JPMorgan, Northern Trust, Schwab, Fidelity, Citi, M &T.
- Background with data/aggregation or performance providers like MSCI, Cygnus, PCR, Clearwater, Atapar, ByAllAccounts, Broadridge.
- Exposure to building integration workflows and ETL.
