• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on product features and requirements.

• Participate in prospect/customer meetings and support activities for cloud and on-premises implementations.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating commercial software for low-latency, high-TPS platforms.
• Significant expertise in Java and Spring, with modern software design patterns and open-source technologies.
• Proven experience leading software development teams, including coaching and mentoring.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, and experience with database technologies like MySQL or Oracle.
• Skilled in Agile processes and outstanding communication abilities.
• Proficiency in stream processing platforms (Storm, Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, Kinesis, Dataflow, Pulsar, or Stream Analytics).
• Experience in domain-driven and event-driven architecture, and data flow concepts.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Google, Azure).
• Familiarity with Cassandra, Zookeeper, Kustomize, and/or OpenSearch.
• Experience in JavaScript, Angular, Python, and generative AI tools.
