What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Business Systems Analysts supporting GTM processes, setting clear expectations for speed, quality, and ownership.
• Build and continuously refine team processes for intake, prioritization, delivery, and QA to enable rapid, iterative releases.
• Act as the GTM systems owner for Salesforce, CPQ, and adjacent tools, ensuring a cohesive architecture.
• Partner with Sales, GTM Operations, Finance, and Growth to define and execute the roadmap for end-to-end GTM processes.
• Drive AI-first solutioning by identifying automation opportunities and embedding AI-powered features into core GTM processes.
• Lead AI competency building through hands-on experimentation and training for the BSA team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or similar roles, with 2+ years leading or mentoring BSAs or admins in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including designing and implementing complex quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM systems initiatives that span Sales, Growth, and Finance.
• Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions and how to stitch systems together to support them end-to-end.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
