What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end analytics projects for Family Experience and Trust & Safety, driving team and product outcomes.
• Solve ambiguous problems by designing analyses, evaluating options, and making independent decisions.
• Execute team and product strategy through analytics planning, translating strategy into metrics, roadmaps, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain production-quality metrics, dashboards, and data models for safety and parental controls.
• Drive alignment with Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy partners.
• Handle sensitive data related to minors and safety incidents with discretion, applying privacy/security best practices.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience owning and delivering analytics projects that influence product/org outcomes.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and make independent decisions with minimal oversight.
• Experience turning messy data into production-quality metrics, dashboards, and data models.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive or regulated data; working knowledge of privacy/security practices and compliance.
• Ability to execute team + product/org strategy via planning and prioritization.
• Track record of driving alignment and collaboration across teams.
• English: B2 required for clear communication with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Python, PySpark experience.
• Comfort in modern data environments (e.g., Snowflake/Databricks/Spark).
• Familiarity with version control and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow or similar).
• Domain strength in Trust & Safety and/or family experiences online (e.g., moderation, account safety, community health, fraud).
