TL;DR

Product Engagement Specialist (AI): Coordinating successful product launches across internal support teams and external partners, building scalable systems that increase the efficacy of the launch process. Focus on durable mechanisms, automation, playbooks, operating procedures, and scalable feedback loops to improve customer experience and service levels.

Location: Based in San Francisco, CA (hybrid: 3 days in office) and offers relocation assistance.

Salary: $216K – $240K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Coordinate product launches across both internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and support readiness.
  • Build mechanisms that make launches and feedback scalable, including automation, playbooks, operating procedures, taxonomies, and dashboards.
  • Prototype and implement automation (scripts, queries, dashboards, low-code tools, and LLM-enabled workflows) to replace manual launch and feedback processes.
  • Develop scalable feedback loops that ingest signals from support channels and partners, normalize them into durable categories/severity, and route insights to Product and Engineering owners.
  • Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation plans that protect customer experience and service levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal/Policy, and Operations to align on launch goals, timelines, and readiness metrics.

Requirements

  • Have experience coordinating product launches or operational rollouts, especially adjacent to customer support teams and/or external partners.
  • Have shipped tooling or automations that reduced manual work and scaled beyond a single team (workflows, dashboards, scripted automation, lightweight pipelines).
  • Are technically fluent and comfortable prototyping with data and with new tools.
  • Have a strong customer advocacy mindset and can translate user pain into crisp, engineering-ready problem statements.
  • Are highly organized, can manage multiple workstreams, and thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and drive alignment without relying on heavy process.
