Salary: $199,325–$257,950 USD (inclusive of base and variable incentive pay)

What you will do
- Develop and facilitate hirify.global’s enterprise architecture practice by maturing EA methods and aligning IT and business strategy.
- Coordinate, create, publish, and measure adoption of architectural artifacts across technology domains and asset classes.
- Facilitate Architecture Review Board activities, ensuring responsive processes and strengthening engagement with technical teams and business leaders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and guide the architecture design of enterprise technology assets (e.g., SAP, CRM, MES, PLM, QMS, data, integrations, infrastructure, security).
- Conduct research, assess, and evangelize new technologies, driving technology asset lifecycle and change management.
- Manage individual architects and architecture teams in the creation and publication of detailed architectural artifacts and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND ten (10) years OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Enterprise Architect and/or Technical Architect experience.
- Enterprise Architecture experience across business, application, data, technology, and security architecture domains.
- Architecture experience in one or more technology domains: ERP, business applications, cybersecurity, data & analytics, integration services, automation, AI, cloud-infrastructure, and/or end user technologies.
- Agile and/or waterfall project management experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: ServiceNow, SAP S4/Hana, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce.com, SAP BTP/Datasphere, Mulesoft, Snowflake, AWS & Azure Cloud, Z-Scaler, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, & CoPilot.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
- Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.
Nice to have
- Technology Governance Expertise: Proven ability to design and govern end-to-end target states, roadmaps, and capability models.
- Technology Architecture Expertise: Deep experience with EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), standards (e.g., ArchiMate, UML, BPMN), and modern architecture practices (cloud-native, event-driven, microservices, APIs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evangelize and translate complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess the current IT landscape and develop optimal solutions.
- Leadership skills to influence decision-making and manage team delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP/CCSP, ITIL).
