Salary: $100,000—$140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product and feature roadmap for Corporate Learning.
• Translate the organizational strategy, business/market requirements, and product backlog into a product roadmap.
• Lead the complete product development lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with customers, Market Strategy, Architecture, Design, Engineering, PMO, Implementation, Support and Marketing teams.
• Regularly maintain a data-driven product backlog to deliver on the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct feasibility analysis (ROI, etc.), business case development and build/buy/partner evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software product management.
• Strong interest in Education and Life Long Learning with a focus on the Corporate Learning market segment.
• Product Management Experience in EdTech or Corporate Learning including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or Learning Content and related areas of focus.
• Experience in building B2B enterprise software and infrastructure.
• Ability to see and position the big picture to a larger audience and focus on the detailed day to day tasks.
• Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded. Ability to solve complex problems.
