What you will do

• Source, identify, and hire top talent across various departments and levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance hiring processes and support organizational growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
• Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet requirements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in tech, product, engineering, and data science.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
