• Develop and execute candidate pipeline strategies for RPO and Project clients.
• Perform direct and indirect candidate sourcing using various channels.
• Optimize sourcing channels to improve the quality and quantity of talent pools.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools for future client needs.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues to build effective business relationships.
• Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and integrity in all candidate and client interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline strategy development.
• Ability to optimize sourcing channels and manage talent pools.
• Strong pro-active communication style.
