What you will do
- Act as the technical authority and go-to advisor for customers on the hirify.global Platform.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and drive platform adoption.
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes and value from the hirify.global journey.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting implementation, renewal, and identification of expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Over one year of experience in a cybersecurity role within/with Cloud Ecosystems in a consulting or professional services capacity.
- Minimum two years of post-sales experience with a focus on growing and retaining customers.
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies with multi-year experience.
- Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms.
- Must be based in the USA.
