BizOps Associate (Financial Regulation): Driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance by preparing for major regulatory changes in E-Money safeguarding with an accent on project delivery, process design, and stakeholder management. Focus on ensuring adherence to CASS 15 rules, designing data generation processes within strict timelines, and building robust controls for record-keeping and reconciliation.

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days a week in our London (Moorgate) Office

What you will do

• Lead the safeguarding transition, driving project ideation, delivery, and execution for compliance challenges related to new CASS 15 rules.
• Design the "Resolution Pack" by working with technical teams to ensure accurate mandatory documentation and data generation within a 48-hour regulatory timeline.
• Manage relationships with auditors and internal stakeholders for statutory annual safeguarding audits and monthly regulatory reporting.
• Support the implementation of new controls for record-keeping, reconciliation, and fund identification.
• Drive strategic projects focused on regulatory readiness, including enhancing third-party due diligence frameworks and developing new reconciliation processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for E-Money safeguarding, ensuring adherence to FCA’s new regime.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-Money Safeguarding or CASS Treasury function is required.
• Strong understanding of upcoming CASS 15 (Client Asset Sourcebook Chapter 15) requirements.
• Experience with various banking products.
• Comfortable with manual tasks to build understanding, then leveraging AI and automation for solutions.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Resourceful, action-oriented, and quick to grasp new concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or Power BI.
